SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY
FOR HOME EDITION COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE

BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT
ACCEPT THEM, YOU MAY NOT USE, INSTALL OR RUN THIS SOFTWARE.

In this agreement:

"Software" means software products that are licensed to you
under this agreement, including, but not limited to, any related
components purchased or provided with the Software, printed
materials, online or electronic documentation, and any updates
and maintenance releases thereto.

"Home Edition" means a copy of the Software for which you have
not paid a fee to us or one of our authorized resellers. Home
Edition copies are typically described as "Home Edition" copies
in the Software's main application bar and Help about box;

"Professional Edition" or "Pro Edition" means a copy of the
Software for which you have paid a fee to us or to one of our
authorized resellers, and which is not described as a Home
Edition copy of the Software in the program's main application
bar or Help about box;

"Resplendence", "we" or "us" means Resplendence Software
Projects, a software company based in Italy;

"You" means the end user of the Software;


(1) Legal Agreement.  This legal agreement allows you to use the
Software under the terms and conditions below.

(2) License.  The Software is licensed, not sold. This agreement
only gives you certain rights to use the Software. Resplendence
reserves all other rights.  You may use the Software only as
expressly permitted in this agreement.

(3) Ownership. Resplendence owns the Software under copyright,
trade secret and all other laws that may apply. All product
names, designs and logos are trademarks of Resplendence.

(4) Installation and use rights of the Home Edition of the
Software. You may install and run any number of copies of the
Home Edition of the Software on your computer systems at home.
You may not install or run the Software in any commercial,
nonprofit, academic or government organization.

(5) Restrictions. You may not sell, lease, license, sublicense,
distribute or otherwise transfer in whole or in part the
Software or the Software License Key to another party; You may
not provide, disclose, divulge or make available to, or permit
use of the Software in whole or in part by, any third party
(except Designated Administrative Access) without the prior
written consent of Resplendence. You may not modify or create
derivative works based upon the Software. You may not create,
develop, license, install, use, or deploy any third party
software or services to circumvent, enable, modify or provide
access, permissions or rights which violate the technical
restrictions of the Software, any additional licensing terms
provided by Resplendence via product documentation,
notification, and/or policy change posted at
www.resplendence.com, and the terms of this EULA. You may not
disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to
derive source code from the Software, in whole or in part,
except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly
permits.

(6) Distribution.  You may not copy the Software except for a
reasonable number of machine-readable copies of the Software for
backup or archival purposes. You may not make any copies of your
Home Edition Copy of the Software to give to others. The program
may not be included in any commercial Software or Software
collection and may not be distributed without a written
permission from us.

(7) LIMITED WARRANTY.  We don't promise that the Software will
be free of Software bugs or program errors.  If  you report an
error or bug to us, we will address it as part of our normal
maintenance procedures.  If we issue a maintenance release for
the Software containing a correction for an error you reported,
we will make a copy of that release available to you for
electronic download at no charge.  We will only do this for
maintenance releases, not for other new versions of the
Software.

(8) DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTED RIGHTS.

*** DISCLAIMER FOR HOME EDITION COPIES:  YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR
THE USE LICENSE FOR YOUR COPY OF THE HOME EDITION OF THE
SOFTWARE. ACCORDINGLY THE HOME EDITION COPY IS PROVIDED "AS-IS"
AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
SELECTION AND USE OF THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED
RESULTS, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOU USE THE SOFTWARE IMPROPERLY
OR AGAINST OUR INSTRUCTIONS YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR FILES,
SOFTWARE AND DATA.

*** HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES.  THE SOFTWARE IS NOT FAULT-TOLERANT
AND IS NOT DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED OR INTENDED FOR USE AS ONLINE
CONTROL EQUIPMENT IN HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENTS REQUIRING FAIL-SAFE
PERFORMANCE, SUCH AS IN THE OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES,
AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC
CONTROL, DIRECT LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES, OR WEAPONS SYSTEMS, OR
ANY OTHER ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE COULD
LEAD DIRECTLY TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR
ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE ("HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES"). WE SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIM ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR HIGH
RISK ACTIVITIES FOR THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF.

*** LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH US.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE THE
ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

*** EXPORT.  YOU MAY USE THE SOFTWARE IN ANY COUNTRY, EXCEPT
COUNTRIES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO EUROPEAN EXPORT pRESTRICTIONS.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING WHETHER ANY PLANNED
EXPORT RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE IS LEGAL UNDER EUROPEAN UNION
LAW AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS.
